This is an enhancement on the legendary MKimonos Hybrid Weave kimono. MKimonos created the Hybrid weave in 2000 and it quickly became our most popular gi. I have made small enhancements on the original design that we are sure will continue to make this the one of the most sought after designs in the industry. The new design features a return to the classic Blue M and straight JIU-JITSU logo. This is one of my most requested embroidery combinations. The top contains proprietary revisions to two reinforcement points while maintaining the traditional, clean MKimonos lines. The pants feature three enhancements to the reinforcements, new quadruple stitching on the cuffs and a new, corded drawstring. The hybrid (which means mixture) name was invented by Josh (my husband).  A similar quality to my nowadays called "hybrid weave gi", was researched and found by my brother and I, while looking for a more resistant/better quality single weave, when I still lived in Rio de Janeiro.  But then, here in the USA, I researched a lot (wanted to find something superior to what other brands call single weave; and also a much better material than the one I used to have for my single weave, so, this one was called "hybrid", because, since it means "mixture", the hybrid weave comes in between the single and the double weave, in terms of durability, strength and weight.  It's a perfect gi for the day-by-day training.
